Greetings, I am Deb Bell and I am an excited and enthusiastic Real Estate professional, driven to help you find your next property in Florida, whether it’s to call home, or to start your business portfolio, I am here to help! I was fortunate to have lived in many locations across the country as a child of a military veteran. My family chose to make Florida our home in 1998 and love being part of the Sarasota/Bradenton area. It has provided a wonderful place to raise our family, and I am honored to continue to add value to our community by providing my real estate experience to residents in the area.

I began my real estate career in 2004, shortly after relocating to Florida from North Carolina 6 years earlier. I have watched the market change in many ways and I am a seasoned specialist. With a background in mortgage lending, financial services, and also a licensed Community Association Manager, my experience greatly assists clients in making sense of what can at times be a complicated and confusing purchasing decision.

In the past several years I have been working with new manufactured homes and construction from the ground up, in addition to pre-owned homes in land owned communities. I am also knowledgeable to assist in traditional built homes. I can offer my background as a LEED Green Associate and training professional in constructions window and door industry, to assist in a solid buying decision.
